This payment represents the second and final stage of the total €2,000 International Student Application Fee payable to OLYA LTD.
The amount of €1,550 is the remaining balance after deduction of the initial €450 advance.
This payment becomes payable following receipt by the Student of a formal admission offer from a Moldovan university and in accordance with the payment deadline confirmed in writing by OLYA LTD.
Payment of the remaining balance allows OLYA LTD to continue providing the services included under the International Student Services Agreement, including:
- Continued management and coordination of the Student’s application
- Communication with the selected university and relevant institutions
- Support with admission, enrolment and registration procedures
- Guidance regarding the documents required by the Moldovan Immigration Inspectorate
- Assistance with organising the study visa and/or temporary residence permit documentation
- General administrative and advisory support throughout the application and pre-departure process
- Ongoing communication and application status updates
This payment completes the total Application Fee of €2,000.
Important payment terms
The €1,550 payment is not a separate package and does not represent an additional service fee. Together with the Stage 1 payment of €450, it completes the total contractual fee of €2,000.
The total Application Fee does not include:
- University tuition fees
- Accommodation
- Visa application fees payable to the authorities
- Health insurance
- Travel expenses
- Personal expenses
- Other third-party or government charges
OLYA LTD provides administrative and advisory assistance but does not guarantee admission, visa approval or the issuance of a residence permit.
