This payment represents a specially agreed partial advance towards the total €2,000 International Student Application Fee payable to OLYA LTD.
As an individual payment arrangement agreed with the Student, the standard initial €450 application-stage payment will be divided into two payments as follows:
- €200 initial advance payment – payable upon signing the International Student Services Agreement and before OLYA LTD begins the initial application services.
- €250 second payment – payable from 15 August 2026, completing the total €450 initial application-stage payment.
- €1,550 remaining balance – payable after the official immigration invitation has been issued/received from the competent Moldovan immigration authority, in accordance with the International Student Services Agreement.
The total amount payable remains €2,000. This special payment arrangement does not constitute a discount, reduction or additional charge and does not modify the total Application Fee.
Initial application-stage costs
The combined €450 initial application-stage amount includes:
- €135 University Dossier Evaluation Fee – for the preliminary review and evaluation of the Student’s academic file by the selected Moldovan university.
- €15 Immigration Invitation Fee – connected with the processing of the official immigration invitation, where applicable.
- €300 Administrative Processing Charge – covering the initial assessment of the Student’s file, document review and preparation, coordination with the selected university and the administrative work required to commence and manage the application process.
Following receipt of the initial €200 payment and subject to the terms of the International Student Services Agreement, OLYA LTD may commence the agreed services, including:
- Assessment of the Student’s academic profile and objectives
- Selection and confirmation of a suitable university and study programme
- Initial review of the Student’s documents
- Preparation and coordination of the university application file
- Communication with the selected university
- Submission and monitoring of the application, where applicable
Special payment arrangement
The Student expressly acknowledges and agrees that:
- The €200 payment is a partial advance towards the total €2,000 Application Fee.
- A further €250 becomes payable from 15 August 2026, bringing the total amount paid at the initial application stage to €450.
- Following payment of the first two amounts, the outstanding balance will be €1,550.
- The €1,550 balance becomes payable following the issuance/receipt of the official immigration invitation from the competent Moldovan immigration authority, in accordance with the Agreement.
- This payment arrangement is granted as an individual exception and does not amend the total contractual Application Fee of €2,000 or any other obligations under the International Student Services Agreement unless expressly stated in writing.
Cancellation and refund terms
The Student expressly requests OLYA LTD to commence the agreed application and administrative services following receipt of the initial €200 payment, including during any applicable statutory cancellation period.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, amounts attributable to services already performed, administrative work already undertaken, and third-party fees or costs already incurred or committed on behalf of the Student may be retained and will not be refundable.
If the Student cancels or withdraws after OLYA LTD has commenced providing the services, any refund entitlement will be determined in accordance with the International Student Services Agreement, the services already performed, non-recoverable third-party costs incurred and any mandatory rights available to the Student under applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Important
Payment of the €200 advance, the subsequent €250 payment or any other amount does not guarantee university admission, issuance of an immigration invitation, visa approval or the granting of a residence permit.
All admission, immigration, visa and residence decisions are made independently by the relevant university and competent authorities of the Republic of Moldova.
