This product represents the second stage of the professional support services provided by OLYA LTD for studies in the Republic of Moldova.
The payment of €1,100 becomes due immediately after the Student receives the official study invitation issued by the competent Moldovan migration authority and before OLYA LTD begins the services included in Stage 2.
After full payment has been confirmed, Stage 2 includes:
- consultation regarding the study visa procedure;
- information regarding the documents and general requirements applicable to the visa application;
- verification of the visa documents prepared by the Student;
- guidance before submission of the visa application;
- preparation and guidance for a possible visa interview;
- administrative support and communication during the visa procedure;
- consultation and preparation before departure;
- coordination of the Student’s arrival date;
- organisation of airport reception;
- organisation of transfer from the airport to the accommodation;
- assistance with university dormitory accommodation;
- assistance with identifying private accommodation, where requested;
- accompaniment and assistance with university enrolment procedures;
- assistance with opening a bank account;
- assistance with obtaining a bank card;
- assistance with arranging the required medical insurance policy;
- assistance with preparing and submitting the documents required for the residence permit;
- assistance with the administrative procedures related to the residence permit;
- administrative support and communication with the university throughout the Student’s entire study programme.
The €1,100 payment:
- represents the remaining part of the total service fee of €2,000;
- is not a university tuition fee, visa fee, residence permit fee or government fee;
- does not include accommodation payments, travel tickets, insurance premiums, banking charges, visa fees, residence permit fees or other amounts charged by third parties;
- does not guarantee the issuance of a visa or residence permit, as these decisions are made exclusively by the competent authorities.
This product may be purchased only by a Student who has signed an International Student Services Agreement with OLYA LTD, has received the official study invitation and has received a payment request for Stage 2.
Refunds, cancellations and termination of services are governed by the signed Agreement and applicable mandatory law.
