Romania Student Services – Stage 1

This product represents the first stage of the professional admission and administrative support services provided by OLYA LTD for studies in Romania.

Before payment is requested, OLYA LTD will:

  • review the Student’s documents on a preliminary basis;
  • assess the Student’s eligibility;
  • identify a suitable university and study programme;
  • submit the relevant documents to the university for preliminary evaluation;
  • obtain an acceptance letter or equivalent official confirmation of eligibility.

The payment of €1,000 becomes due immediately after the university issues the acceptance letter or equivalent official confirmation.

After full payment has been confirmed, Stage 1 includes:

  • preparation, completion and organisation of the Student’s application file;
  • submission and management of the complete application;
  • verification of the documents required for the application;
  • coordination of translations and legalisation, where required;
  • communication with the university and relevant institutions;
  • monitoring of the application;
  • coordination of the admission and administrative procedures;
  • management of the process required to obtain the official document necessary for continuation of the study visa procedure.

Stage 1 is completed when the official document required for continuation of the visa procedure has been issued and made available to the Student.

The €1,000 payment:

  • is part of the total service fee of €2,500;
  • is not a university tuition fee;
  • does not include fees charged by universities, public authorities, translators, legalisation providers, banks or other third parties;
  • does not guarantee the issuance of any document where the final decision belongs to a university or public authority.

This product may be purchased only by a Student who has signed an International Student Services Agreement with OLYA LTD and has received a payment request for Stage 1.

Refunds, cancellations and termination of services are governed by the signed Agreement and applicable mandatory law.
